Toyota TS050 Hybrid. Painting, start of decalling


In current post I won't be writin too much but rather show on what I have achieved so far. It was a lot of painting, masking, then painting again, then masking and painting. You got the point. :) And finally fixing the flaws after painting so, the model looks ok.

The first thing to do, is of course prming the body parts. Since the primary color of the model is white I used the white primer and microfiller from AK to have the pure white color on the body later.


And paint everything in Tamiya LP-2 


I didn't want to invent anything so, I followed the painting process recommended by Tamiya from the instructions. Carefully masking the body.


I painted inside part in Tamiya LP-5


I can say it was the easy part. Then thorough masking process started.


Honestly it took quite much time. And here are some close-ups on the final painting.
